A passion for changing lives.

I have been in the HR world for 20+ years — from agency recruiting to HR management and People Operations. During that time I've been lucky to work for several startup companies, where I truly thrive. Wearing many hats has been my superpower.

I've owned everything from payroll, culture, benefits, and performance reviews to onboarding/offboarding, exit interviews, events, sourcing, recruiting, process creation, company handbooks, employee relations, and PIPs. And I've loved every minute.
